OTS OF NPA ACCOUNTS & DRT SERVICES

We assist borrowers having NPA accounts in resolving their case with banks through OTS scheme. We also offer services for restructuring of loan, filing of application with DRT/High court on behalf of borrower and other services related to Sarfaesi Act, 2002. Borrower may avail package services including Representation before Banks, DRT, SDM, Reply to Notices u/s 13(2), 13(4)
